I appreciate this so much. I have finally met a kindred spirit because this is exactly how I have felt since I was a pre-teen. I'll be turning 61 Sunday and I'm still amazed I have lived this long.
I'm sick of ppl in my life running to the panicked rescue every time I let show a tiny bit of the universe of negative thoughts I swim in every day my whole life.
